泰历2533年以Inter Tropic Foods Co., Ltd.名义成立，随后，它与I.T. FOODS INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. .在泰历2535年共同扩展业务，新址位于龙仔厝工业园区。该工厂占地超过5莱，目前注册资本为45,000,000泰铢，并获得了 “中小型行业管理类别中的杰出行业”，以表彰其在中小型工业管理和经济规模方面的专业知识。 公司在生产方法和高效产品开发方面拥有专业知识，将产品成功推向全球市场。这些产品包括冷冻食品，有即煮型（READY-TO-COOK）和即食型（READY-TO-EAT）的，并且在选择优质原料和专注每一个生产步骤方面都非常用心，为了公司还在食品生产和安全管理方面获得了泰国食品质量走向世界 (Thailand Food Quality to the World) 的认证，包括GMP，渔业部的HACCP认证以及ISO 22000:2018认证。
