Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus)

Tilapia is a freshwater fish living in both fresh water and brackish water. Commonly found in ponds, ponds and lakes, tilapia is a popular fish for consumption from a wide range. It can be processed into many types of food, such as fried, boiled, curry, or used to make a curry. In addition, it can make smoked Fillet, dehydrated or salted Fish, pickled fish.

General Characteristics: Tilapia fish have equal upper and lower lip. Its body is greenish-brown and has 9-10 stripes across its body. There are also black stripes and white spots on the dorsal fin, anal fin and caudal fin in the middle of the cheek bone scales. There is one dark spot.
