Thai Fish Cake is a type of Thai food which bring shrimp or fish to knead with salt water until sticky. Mix with curry paste, yard-long beans or winged beans, finely chopped kaffir lime leaves. Some recipes mix with eggs. Mold and spread into a thick round plate. Fry in oil until cooked. Eat with three flavored sauces. Sprinkle roasted peanuts. Eat with sliced cucumber. The fried meat will spread into a large thin sheet.

Thai fish cake has the toughness of fish, has fragrant taste of  curry paste. There is not much salty, sweet, spicy.
