Pangasius

Pangasius is a large freshwater fish that likes to live together in groups, commonly found in Thailand. They live in the Chao Phraya, Tha Chin, Pasak and Mekong rivers, including canals and marshes. The main breeding source is the central region and the lower northern region. It is popular to feast on meat because it has good taste and is large in quantity. It is used for consumption and cooking and processed, such as making smoked fish, fish ball, fish crackers, etc. General characteristics are smooth skin without scales, slender body has a relatively small head. The side of the body is quite plump and round. The back is darker than the abdomen. The tip of the tail is long and deeply concave.

Our frozen pangasius is whole gutted and steak with producing under GMP, HACCP and ISO2200:2018. (If need other specification, please kindly contact us).
