Rambutan is a tropical fruit, delicious and healthy. Has high potassium, contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and C, which are beneficial to help kill bacteria. Help to treat inflammation in the mouth, etc.
It is grown in the southern and eastern regions of Thailand. The most popular cultivated species are: school rambutan varieties, golden varieties, pink varieties, etc. In addition to being consumed in the form of fresh fruits, it is also processed. Rambutan season starts from June, July to September. When it is ripe, has a dark red peel. The hair on the base is red. The tip is light green, thick white flesh and sweet taste.
