Sticky Rice with Mango – it’s a dessert in Thailand which it is popularly eaten in the summer as it is the mango harvest season. It is made from sticky rice, mangoes and coconut milk. Mango sticky rice generally consists of moon sticky rice that is sweetened using palm sugar or coconut sugar and mix with coconut milk and salt. Thailand prefers to use ripen mangoes, which have a sweet taste, and serve with sticky rice.

The company uses naturally dried butterfly pea flowers to add the color of sticky rice in order to look appetizing. The taste of sticky rice is sweet and salty. Good smell of freshly squeezed coconut milk. Rice grains are firm and not messy and sweet mango.
