Frozen Shredded Coconut (Cocos nucifera)

Coconut is a tropical perennial plant that can be used for many purposes such as young coconut water for drinking and consuming, coconut meat in the mature fruit is grated and squeezed for coconut milk is used as an ingredient in cooking both savory and dessert recipes. Shell is used to invent things such as dippers, lanterns, etc. Thai coconut products has received attention in foreign markets, such as ready-to-drink coconut water, grated coconut, shredded coconut or coconut milk, etc.

Raw material selection:
– Frozen young coconut juice selected from young coconuts. The water has a sweet taste and soft texture.
– Frozen shredded coconut selected from coconuts that are medium-mature. The meat is quite oily, fragrant and delicious, suitable for garnishing or mixing with desserts.
– Frozen grated coconut selected from mature coconuts. The texture of coconut is thick, soft, white and fragrant. It is commonly used to grate and squeeze into coconut milk to be used as an ingredient in savory and sweet dishes.

All are produced through production processes that meet export standards GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000:2018.
